A general delegate ticket includes access to the whole two-day conference, including the use of the private partnering meeting service, access to all panels and BioLaunchPad presentations
and full catering for both days. Please note that single day tickets are not available.

NEW for 2021 - The BioTrinity Delegate Dinner

This new social event is taking place on Tuesday 27 April at Grace Hall, Leadenhall Street, just a short walk from the main conference venue. Tickets for the Delegate Dinner are available for a nominal additional charge of £60+VAT for all registered BioTrinity delegates.; Places are limited to 150 guests so all bookings must be made in advance of the conference.

Partnering at BioTrinity

Partnering will be managed by Venture Valuation. The partnering allows profile searching, requesting meetings and meeting scheduling. Use of the system is optional. You should make yourself aware of the Privacy Policy covering the use of HelloPartnering. You will be asked to; 'Agree' to the Terms of Use the first time you log in/register on HelloPartnering in order to use the system.

USING HelloPartnering

BioTrinity works with Venture Valuation and their Biotechgate database to provide the partnering capabilities. Please make sure that you are aware of their HelloPartnering Privacy Policy. The policy indicates that HelloPartnering offers the option to transfer your company profile to Biotechgate, where it can be published and help promote the company on the Biotechgate website, individual country portals and on partners websites. Every user can opt-in/out by selecting the applicable box within their HelloPartnering account.

1) Cancellation charges will apply. All cancellations must be made in writing either by letter or email to events@obn.org.uk. See our Terms and Conditions.

2) Your information on the BioTrinity site.; Unless you specifically tell us not to, we may publish your company name on the BioTrinity website among a list of attendees. For big pharma attendees we will publish company name and the job title. Please email events@obn.org.uk if you DO NOT want your company details published.
